How Frels & Duke, a Texas professional corporation, is a law firm dedicated to the proposition of providing high quality legal services to both individuals and small to mid-size business clients. The firm was founded in 1989 by a group of attorneys with wide and diverse experience in the Dallas legal community, from members and partners in large prestigious firms, to attorneys with a background at smaller, boutique firms.  All of the firm’s founding principals came to the conclusion that many clients were dissatisfied with a traditional attorney/client relationship with large firms wherein the initial contacts are handled by highly qualified, skilled senior partners, but after a relatively short period of time, the client finds his interactions limited to relatively inexperienced junior-level associates.
